The Girona FC 1930 Foundation and the Girona Blood Donors Association have signed a collaboration agreement to promote blood and plasma donation in the Girona region and to give visibility to the donation campaigns organized in the area.

The Girona Blood Donors Association is a non-profit organization that works to encourage blood and plasma donation throughout the region. The organization collaborates with the Blood and Tissue Bank in donation drives organized in various municipalities in Girona and in special campaigns, such as the Girona Fair Blood Donor Marathon.

This year it will take place on October 30 and 31 and November 1 at Plaça de Catalunya in Girona. The organization's goal is to reach 800 donations, the same figure as in 2025. To make this possible, the association will mobilize more than 25 volunteers each day. As part of this collaboration, Girona FC will give participants tickets for upcoming matches of the team at Montilivi.

The agreement is part of the Girona FC 1930 Foundation's commitment to collaborate with local organizations and support initiatives that generate a positive impact on society.

Through this collaboration, the Girona FC 1930 Foundation joins in spreading a message of awareness about the importance of donating blood and contributing to ensuring the necessary reserves to help those in need.
