Girona dedicated the first day of preseason to physical tests and medical check-ups. The players under Quique Álvarez's direction went to the facilities of Clinica Bofill and the Girona Football Academy by Puma to undergo a series of examinations in preparation for the start of what will be an intense preseason.

Tomorrow, Thursday, at 9:30 a.m., will mark the start of training sessions, with the Girona Football Academy by Puma as the venue. As in recent years, the team will also spend part of the preseason—from July 20 to 25—at the fields of the Royalverd Training Center in Vall d’en Bas.
