<p style="text-align: justify;">Born in Goiania 28 years ago, Melo began his career as a professional footballer with Gremio de Porto Alegre, from his native Brazil.His talent caught the attention of European leagues and the summer of 2018 he signed for Barça. With the blaugrana club he played two seasons winning a League and a Spanish Super Cup. In 2020 he arrived in Italian soccer signed by Juventus, the club to which he currently belongs. After two seasons with the Turin team he was loaned one year to Liverpool and another to Fiorentina. He has been an international with the Canarinha with the U-17, U-20 and senior national teams. Precisely with the Brazilian first team he won the Copa America in 2019.</p>
