<p style="text-align: justify;">Czech international Ladislav Krejčí, 25, will reinforce Girona's defensive axis for the next 5 seasons. The player, who arrives from Sparta Prague, has committed to the Club until June 30, 2029. Krejčí, 1.91 meters tall, is a left-footed center-back who stands out for his corpulence and his absolute mastery of the aerial game, both in defense and in attack (many of the goals he has scored are headers). Since his professional career he has played 219 games and scored 51 goals. Last season he scored 11 goals in 39 games. He has experience in European competition, having played in the Europa League with Sparta Prague. He is one of the stars of his country and leader of the Czech national team of which he is the captain. With the senior team he has 7 international caps. Previously, he was capped at all youth levels.</p>
