Group tickets are purchased directly and are not considered a reservation, provided that the following conditions are met:

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Groups must consist of a minimum of 10 people.
  • All persons over 1 year of age must hold a valid ticket.
  • Groups including minors must comply with the provisions of Decree 267/2016 of 5 July, including the required supervisor-to-minor ratios and the presence of the necessary group leaders or supervisors.
  • Tickets are intended exclusively for home supporters. If the group consists of away supporters, tickets must be purchased through the designated channels and attendees will be seated in the away supporters' section of Montilivi Stadium. 

PROCEDURE 

  • Group Tickets will remain on sale subject to availability.
  • It will be necessary to indicate whether the group includes children under 1 year of age and, if applicable, the number of attendees in this category.
  • The application form must be completed at: https://www.gironafc.cat/entrades-per-a-grups
  • Parking is only available for coaches. If required, this must be indicated in the form. The allocation of parking spaces is subject to availability and prior confirmation by the Club.
  • Once the application has been approved, the Club will request from the group leader a list of attendees, including each person's full name, surname(s), and valid ID card, residence permit (NIE) or passport number.

PAYMENT 

  • Once the Club has confirmed the application, a payment link will be sent to complete the purchase of the tickets.
  • Once payment has been made, no changes or refunds will be accepted, except in cases of force majeure that prevent the event from taking place.
  • If the applicant decides not to attend the match, no changes or refunds will be accepted. 

GROUP REGULATIONS 

  • All attendees are responsible for having read and understood the Internal Regulations of the Sports Venue and Law 19/2007 on the prevention of violence, racism, xenophobia and intolerance in sport, available at www.gironafc.cat/transparencia.
  • The group leader guarantees that the persons included in the application do not belong to, nor are they associated with, violent, ultra or disruptive groups.
  • The ticket holder must attend the match carrying their ID card, passport or another official identification document.
  • The Club reserves the right to verify that the identity of the purchaser matches that of the ticket holder.
  • Girona FC reserves the right to deny entry to, or remove from Montilivi Stadium, any attendee who has provided false or inaccurate information, who is identified as an away supporter, or who is linked to violent, ultra or disruptive groups.
  • The ticket resale, forgery or any fraudulent use of tickets is strictly prohibited. Such conduct may result in the immediate cancellation of the ticket and the application of the measures set out in the Internal Regulations of the Sports Venue and the Membership and Season Ticket Holder Regulations. 

SPECIAL CONDITIONS 

  • Match Date and Kick-off Time. Please check the date and kick-off time of the match before completing your purchase. When the match schedule has not yet been officially confirmed, it will appear with an automatic kick-off time of 00:00 / 12:00 a.m. and a provisional date on Sunday, with the possibility of being played on Monday. For midweek fixtures, the automatic date displayed will be Wednesday until LALIGA issues its official confirmation.
  • No changes or refunds will be accepted if LaLiga modifies the date or kick-off time of the match.
  • Please note that the Club has a limited number of accessible seating spaces and therefore cannot guarantee availability for all requests. Girona FC will allocate these spaces according to availability for each specific match. 

DATA PROTECTION 

  • In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Girona FC will process the personal data provided for the purpose of managing ticket applications and organising the event.
