Girona B will seek the three points at Narcís Sala.

The reserve team of Girona FC travels to the Catalan capital with the aim of earning points in a very demanding visit to Narcís Sala, where UE Sant Andreu is always one of the toughest opponents in the Segona RFEF.

The Girona B arrives after losing three points in the last play of the match against Reus. The visit to Sant Andreu comes at a crucial moment in the season, where every point away from home is golden to aim for a higher position in the standings and to move away from the relegation zone.

For their part, Sant Andreu arrives as one of the favorites to achieve promotion, strong at home and accustomed to imposing their rhythm in decisive matches. Additionally, they will have the support of their fans, who always make matches difficult for opposing teams.

The new signing, Javi González, who scored a goal on his debut, stated:

‘We will try to earn the three points, we know it will be very difficult, but we will work all week to fight for it.’

In the last encounter between the two teams, it was the first leg match, where the Girona team won 2-1 in Vidreres against the quadribarrat team and will try to repeat it this Sunday at 6:00 PM. The match can be followed on Esport3 and the Academy's social media channels.
