CD San Roque de Lepe will be Girona's opponents in the first round of the Copa del Rey

CD San Roque de Lepe, who play in the Segunda RFEF, will be Girona FC's opponents in the first round of the Copa del Rey, to be played between 31 October and 2 November. The tie will be played as a single match and will be played at the home ground of the lower-ranked team. For this reason the team will have to travel to the Ciudad de Lepe stadium.

The four clubs that qualified for the Super Cup (Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atlético de Madrid and Osasuna) are exempt from this first round.
