Min-su Kim moves to Rangers FC, which pays his release clause

Min-su Kim leaves Girona and will join Rangers FC after the Scottish club paid his release clause. The player thus puts an end to his time as a red-and-white footballer, a club he joined in the summer of 2022 to be part of the Juvenil team.

Born in Gwangju (South Korea) on January 19, 2006, Min-su arrived in Catalonia to continue his football development and went through the youth systems of Mercantil and Damm. At Girona, he completed his progression to reach the first team after becoming one of the standout players in the youth system and Girona B.

He made his debut with the reserve team on October 30, 2022. With the first team, Min-su officially debuted during the 2023-24 season in a LaLiga match against Real Sociedad. Subsequently, he also participated in the UEFA Champions League in the match against PSV Eindhoven and stood out in the matches Girona U-19 played in the UEFA Youth League.

In the 2025-26 season, the footballer played on loan at FC Andorra, where he continued his growth and gained experience in LaLiga Hypermotion.

In Glasgow, Min-su Kim will reunite with a former Girona FC player, Macedonian forward Bojan Miovski, who is currently part of the Rangers FC squad.
