Six white-and-red protagonists in the international break
Yan Couto, Artem Dovbyk, Yangel Herrera and Daley Blind have been called up to the senior national teams; Arnau and Pablo Torre will play for the Spanish U21
The Liga EA Sports stops this coming weekend, but six white-and-red players will continue to compete with their national teams. Yan Couto made his official debut for Brazil after a long start of the season with Girona's right back. Brazil will play against Venezuela and Uruguay, in two commitments corresponding to the Copa América qualifying phase.
Another player to play in this phase is Yangel Herrera, with Venezuela. In addition to facing Brazil from Yan Couto, Herrera will play in the morning of Tuesday 17 against Chile.
If we go back to the old continent, Dovbyk will play a leading role in Ukraine's double commitment to this unemployed FIFA. The white-and-red 99' will seek to see Macedonia and Malta. Daley Blind has also been called by the Dutch combined. The Orange team will look forward to following the qualifying phase for the Euro Cup in their matches against France and Greece.
The Girona presence does not end here, and in the Spanish under-21 team we have a double presence in white-and-red. As in the last call, Arnau Martínez and Pablo Torre have been called by Santi Denia. The Spanish team will play against Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan, a friendly and a Euro Under-21 qualifier, respectively.
